Should you wish to book more than one establishment with us, one agreement per establishment is to be completed. Each agreement will be invoiced separately.

We are able to accept new entries for that book now already.

Special airport and car rental service:
This service is available for guests who arrive late in the evening at one of the airports in South Africa and/or feel unsafe to still drive to their accommodation establishment at night. (additional costs)

Yes, we collect guests on request from the airport. We will also assist guests with car rental delivery to our establishment for their onward travel and bring guests back to the airport.

Satelite picture & GPS data
Here you have the possibility to enhance your entry with a satelite picture and map. Please proceed as follows:

  • Visit the following Website
  • Include the following into the search fields:
    a. Land Country
    b. Ortschaft Town
    c. Straße Street
    d. Hausnummer House address number
  • Press the "calculate geodata/coordinates" button or press "return/enter"
  • You will now see your search area
  • A window with all necessary coordinates will now open
  • Please enter the coordinates given into the required fields on your questionnaire or let us have your coordinates separately
 
If no coordinates are shown, or an error message appears, check your address details that you entered, or leave the house number away, then try again.
 
  • By pressing "hybrid" top right, you are able to view your details
  • Use the navigation button on the left of the map to find your establishment
  • Please note, you need to zoom in as close as possible
  • As soon as you see your establishment on the map, click with the left side of your mouse, to view the exact coordinates
  • A window will appear with all necessary coordinates
  • Please enter these coordinates into your questionnaire or let us have the coordinates separately
 
It is of utmost importance to include your longitude & latitude coordinates with your submission of the questionnaire, as this will influence the success of your entry and the number of guests you will receive from it. Only if these coordinates have been included will your accommodation appear on the general map and on the satellite photo of your establishment on your website.
 
 
 
GPS data
Here you can enter the GPS data for your establishment.  This data is required, should a guest want to reach you by using a GPS.  The correct GPS data can be established by using google earth.

Please indicate which photo should be used as your main photo on the website and in the book.  Photos must please be sent, good quality, in a high resolution. The higher the resolution is, the better the quality of the photo will be.  In the book we are only able to use square - format photos, for the website we can use vertical, however, square - format photos do present better.

1 photo for a 1/6th and 1/3rd size advert,

We have a special segment in which accommodation establishments can be listed under different themes. Please indicate in the following check boxes which theme you qualify to be listed in. By reading your establishment description and looking at your selected photo, we will determine whether you qualify to be listed under the chosen theme. This listing is free, however, no guarantee is given whether you will be listed or not.
